Compulsory Online Requalification Assistance

All patrolling members (SRC and Bronze) are required to complete an online training module as part of this year’s requalification process. To help with the compulsory online section, we are offering in-person assistance sessions on:
• Wednesday 16th October, 10am
• Wednesday 23rd October, 10am

These sessions will be held in the club hall. Please bring your own laptop or iPad to participate.

If you can’t attend during the week and would prefer a Saturday session, please send an email to admin@sorrentoslsc.org.au and we will see if we have interest for these. It is likely that if they proceed on a Saturday they will be held in the early afternoon.

If you don’t require assistance, you can complete the online module by following these steps:
1. Log into the SLS Members Portal: https://members.sls.com.au
2. Click the “eLearning” tab to access the Learning Management System (LMS).
3. In the LMS, select “Training Library”, then “View Courses” under “Skills Maintenance 2024/25”.
4. Enrol in the appropriate course (Bronze or SRC).
5. Complete the “Sexual Harassment and Misconduct Awareness” module.

For WA members, this is the only compulsory module required at this stage, but you are welcome to complete additional modules for further learning.
